Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
The Bee’s Knees enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. In order to reschedule your appointment you must notify The Bee’s Knees online or by phone to avoid being CHARGED IN FULL by credit card for the NO SHOW appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 Hours may be charged a 30% fee of that appointment if you DO NOT NOTIFY The Bee’s Knees. If you are so kind to notify me there will be NO FEE; just please reschedule when you are available. Please note that all Monday appointments will require Friday notification. I value your patronage and will always do my best to accomodate your needs.
